Terms of Service

By using PDFLoom (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to render content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is used for phishing, fraud or malware, and don't use it to attack or scrape third-party sites in violation of their terms. Don't try to probe or get around the Service's network restrictions or quotas. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly quotas don't roll over.

Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify paying customers of material changes by email.
